－ You are NOT allowed to take any parts of the model for commercial/personal . If you want them buy them from there original source

－ In the future if VRChat update break something, it is NOT my responsibility to fix it.

－ No refunds

-You can edit the avi, but you can't edit it to the point it looks like a completely different avatar. (For example, taking the avi to blender and making drastic changes).

-If you're buying this avatar package as a gift for someone, then you need to fill up the gift section accordingly. The receiver of the gift must follow my TOS otherwise he will not be permitted to use the package and have to delete the avatar files.

-If you're buying this avatar package as a gift for someone, then you can not use the package yourself. The moment the gift is given you have to delete the package. Only the gift receiver can use the avatar package. If you want to use it, you need to buy the package as well.

-It is recommended to use the gift receiver email when buying the package as a gift.

These Terms of Service are subject to change at any time. It's your responsibility to keep yourself updated with the changes.

Failure to follow any of these Terms of Service will result in you being blacklisted by me. Fines and legal action will be taken against you, and you'll be prevented from buying my future models or assets, and I will notify your actions to fellow avatar creators.
